Job Description

Develop a methodology to prepare data according to physical constraints, and to adjust physical models to real situations captured by data. The idea will be to combining imperfect data from models, from observations distributed in time and space, exploiting any relevant physical constraints, to produce a more accurate and comprehensive picture of the system as it evolves in time.

In this position as part of IME’s Advanced Process Module department, you will be focusing on SiC epitaxy process development for next generation SiC power MOSFETs. You will work closely with IME’s silicon carbide process integration & device design team as well as key customers.

Responsibilities:

• Development of CVD processes for high-quality SiC epitaxy on 6/8-inch substrates, with emphasis on high dopant & thickness uniformity and low extended defect density.
• Metrology and characterization of SiC epilayers (e.g. epilayer dopant & thickness uniformity, surface roughness, crystal quality, stress, carrier lifetime, etc.).
• Quality and process deviation/ issue troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support for process transfer to internal fab and external customers.
• Prepare Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), Out of Control Plan (OCAP) and others technical documentation for low volume prototyping.
• Correlation of SiC extended crystal defects (type and density) with MOSFET performance & yield, and with MOSFET processing conditions.
• Design of experiments to minimize SiC point defect and extended defect density in SiC epilayers with emphasis on enhancing SiC device performance.
• Simulations (Kinetic Monte Carlo & Computational Fluid Dynamics) for improved SiC epilayer uniformity and reduced defect density.
• Preparation of technical presentations and papers for internal meetings, as well as conferences and journals.
• Working with IME's power electronics related team to solve key technical challenges in the SiC power electronics industry.

Qualifications:

Job Description:

The Assistant – Laundry is responsible for ensuring a constant supply of clean clothing and linen to residents in the home. Proper handling of clean/soiled/infected linen must be followed. The incumbent must adhere to safety precautions in the course of his/her work.

Collection and Handling

• Collect linen trolleys from the residences at least twice daily
• Wash residents’ clothing and linens such as draw sheets, bed sheets, pillow cases and patient care accessories (mittens, heel protector, etc.)
• Ensure optimization of each washing or drying cycle
• Use disinfectant or the assigned detergents for laundry which require special treatment to avoid contamination e.g. soaking and washing of infected clothing in the washing machine at the right temperature

Delivery and Mending of Clothing

• Distribute clean residents’ clothing, linens and accessories to the respective residences
• Mend clothes and linen which are torn

Maintenance

• Keep the laundry area clean, neat and dry at all times
• Take necessary steps in the control and usage of washing detergents, disinfectant and bleach
