The Admin will be responsible for the administrative and organizational management of the office. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support -related tasks, will be exceedingly well organized and flexible, and will enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs.

Key responsibilities entail:

Office Management

Set up the office for daily operations. Monitor office machines and systems, and problem-solve issues as needed (including copiers, phones, internet, conference room equipment and room scheduling)

• Serve as the key point of contact for main office vendors, such as maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment repair, etc.

• Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary office and pantry supplies; order as needed to keep basic supplies stocked, and to fulfil special requests from staff.

• Maintain and update office phone list, email distribution lists, and other similar systems.

• Receive, interact, liaise with clients, staff, other business personnel.

• Support functional areas and other members of the organization’s team with special projects as needed.

• Maintain paper and online records and define processes and procedures for their retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and/or disposal.

Working Mode: Mon and Tue WFH. Wed to Fri in the office.

Start Date: 1 February 2024

Job Scope:

• Validating employee claims in the Concur
• Validating, posting, reversal or rejection of payables in ERP systems
• Respond to external vendors and internal stakeholders’ queries regarding all aspects of the accounts payable process
• Month-end closing activities (eg, accruals, variance analysis, clearing of accounts)
• Any other ad-hoc requests

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 3 years of experience handling Accounts Payable and Month-end closing activities
• Familiar with SAP and Concur

Job Description

We are looking for a highly self-motivated research engineer to join our algo team in Singapore. In our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in the development of the cutting-edge content understanding model to help improve the recognition ability of violated content in TikTok Livestream, and will also be responsible for optimizing our distributed model training framework continuously. The ideal candidate should be experienced in building a computer vision model or multimodality model and have a very strong coding ability in Pytorch/Tensorflow

Responsibilities

- Develop computer vision model or multimodality model to recognize violation content in TikTok Livestream

- Explore cutting-edge multimodal or computer vision large models (CLIP, COCA, ALBEF, BLIP, Flamingo, ViT-G, ViT-22B, EVA-enormous, etc)

- Explore the application of LLM in our business scenarios, like pre-training, zero-shot/ few-shot learning, hard case mining, etc

- Continuously optimize the training framework to better adapt to the training of large models

Qualifications

1. Major in computer science or a related technical discipline

2. At least 3 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: computer vision, multimodality, LLM

3. Be proficient with at least one deep learning framework (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow)

4. Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, logical thinking skills, communication and collaboration skills

5. Published papers in the top AI conferences or journals is a plus, including CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NIPS, ICML, ICLR, TPAMI, IJCV, etc
