In this role, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to 4 Executives in terms of calendar management, global business travel arrangements and visa applications, preparing expense claims, as well as assisting with logistics set up for internal and external meetings. In addition, you will manage and maintain confidential information. You will also collaborate with other Executive Assistants in the team and the broader region and provide back-up support when necessary.

- Ensure area of responsibility is well maintained throughout the day – clean, tidy, organized and inviting at all times;
