The International Rubber Study Group (IRSG) is an inter-governmental organisation with the main objective of improving the transparency of the world rubber markets and strengthening international cooperation on rubber issues. The IRSG is the biggest worldwide community in the rubber economy. The IRSG is recognized as an International Body through the negotiation of a Headquarter Agreement with the Government of the United Kingdom in 1978. The IRSG has 35 Member Governments including European Union (28 Countries), Singapore, India, Sri Lanka, Russia, Cote D’ Ivoire, Nigeria, and Cameroon. Subsequently, a new Headquarter Agreement with the Government of Singapore was signed in 2008. The IRSG Secretariat is based in Singapore.

The mission of the IRSG is to be the world’s authoritative source of statistical data and forecasts for all aspects of the world rubber industry, including production, consumption and trade in rubber and rubber products. The seminal purpose of the secretariat is to prepare current estimates and forecasts of future supply and demand trends while undertaking statistical and economic studies on specific aspects of the industry to continually improve its value-added service to stakeholders. (1) PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE SECRETARY-GENERAL

The incumbent will act in this capacity as Personal Assistant to the Secretary-General, acting as a sounding board for ideas and ensuring enhanced efficiency and structure across the organisation. S/he is also expected to provide strategic advice and guidance on key developments within the organisation and ensure the appropriate policy approaches are developed to meet IRSG’s mission and objectives. As a result of developing and maintaining research, s/he would be expected to develop initiatives that ensure that IRSG acts as a catalyst for the rubber sector and collaborates with stakeholders on developing evidence-based approaches and support. The incumbent will provide input on strategy and ensure organisational goals are achieved in a well-coordinated, team-oriented manner.

S/he should be able to accurately reflect the Secretary-General’s position in internal and external meetings to help drive understanding of her views. Moreover, s/he works behind the scenes to solve problems, mediate disputes, and deal with issues before they are brought to the Secretary-General. S/he equally ensures Secretary-General’s time is leveraged most effectively in a meeting context; ensuring meeting objectives are realistic and preparations are appropriate.

Work in close cooperation with the Secretary-General and contribute to initiatives for management improvement by capturing, institutionalizing, and sharing best practices and lessons learned. Under the supervision of the Secretary-General, the incumbent supports overall effort to build partnerships, reporting functions, and mobilize an appropriate and sustainable funding base for IRSG from traditional and non-traditional sources. CORE JOB SCOPE

· Responsible for the planning and execution of routine/shutdown, preventive maintenance of the plant’s process instrumentation, control value, electrical power/distribution system equipment etc to achieve reliability target. Responsible for Energy saving initiatives

· Responsible for facilities management and supervising maintenance & facility team

· Supervise and ensure E & I works, installation and calibration activities are completed in accordance to the company’s guidelines and environmental, health and safety standards

· Ensure data collection and preparation of all reports for efficiency analysis and maintenance

· Maintain GMP & GDP for specification data sheets, drawings, spare parts, ISO and customer audits

· Provide leadership and guidance to overall management off the manufacturing site’s environment, health and safety compliance that are critical to well-being and protection of employees and contractors

· Responsible for the planning of maintenance & facilities budget

· Manage Site, Regional & Global Projects/Initiatives as assigned

· Any other duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time

· Position: Shipping Assistant/Operations Assistant

· Location: Alexandra

· Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Monthly Transport Reimbursement + Performance Bonus

· Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate preparation of shipping documents

· Ensures timely notification and dispatch of shipping documents to customers and logistic providers

· Check and process the freight billing from the logistic providers

· Maintenance of payment process to suppliers and insurance application

Requirements:

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only

· Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience is preferable

· Well verse with Microsoft Office

· FULL training is provided

A Day in the Life
• Perform Project Management
• Prepare BOQs, manage project budgets and ensure healthy profit margins
• Prepare tender submission and proposal
• Provide client servicing, including and not limited to sales conversion
• Liaise with clients and brief designers on project requirements
• Check design and technical drawings
• Deliver client presentations
• Brief and manage suppliers, negotiate and ensure the delivery of project
• Plan and manage project schedule
• Carry out site management
• Conduct quality inspections on fabrications at suppliers’ factory and on-site
• Liaise with clients on feedback and variation orders
• Handle project administration and documentation, including PE endorsements, authority approvals, purchase orders, payment requisitions and invoicing
• Prepare progress and project reports
• Follow up with clients for payment
• Conduct toolbox, progress and post-mortem meetings
• Manage dispute resolution with suppliers or team

Who We Are Looking For
• Diploma/Degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering/M&E Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of related experience preferably in construction or thematic & museum
• Good knowledge in every operational and technical aspects
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team player and able to multi-task

• Able thrive in a fast paced environment

Job Responsibilities:

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support nursing by providing basic patient care services such as:

• Attending and ensuring that patient’s needs are attended to promptly
• Responsible for housing keeping duties for the wards
• Maintain a clean environment in the wards
• Perform portering duties and assisting in admission, transfer and discharging of patients

Job Requirements:

• Min PSLE or equivalent qualification
• Have passion in nursing and keen to acquire knowledge and skills to assist nurses in basic patient care, portering and housekeeping duties
• Driven, dedicated and willing to serve
• Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations

· Position: Lab Assistant (Air-Con Environment) - FULL Training Provided

· Location: Loyang Walk (company transport provided)

· Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6.15pm) & once a month Saturday (9am - 12pm)

· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,500 + Daily Meals Provided + Performance Bonus

· Duration: Permanent

· Industry: Manufacturer

Main Responsibilities:

· Prepare and maintain technical documents (COA, MSDS, Specs etc.) for production lots

· Prepare and maintain documentation records of Food Safety Quality Management system documents for our factory

· Prepare and maintain samples of incoming new samples for sensory evaluation and record evaluations

· Prepare samples for outgoing production sensory QA and submit sensory report (for specific products)

· Weighing, mixing of ingredients for sample preparation

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only

· Minimum Diploma in Food Science/Chemistry or related fields

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

· Prior experience in lab environment/quality control systems
