• Actively promoting the Fraunhofer brand and engaging in marketing and outreach activities under Fraunhofer Singapore

Qualification requirements

• Appropriate research and/or professional experience in industry/technology management and research
• Knowledge of the Singapore industry or research landscape
• Completed university studies in science, engineering, or economics; profound technical understanding (technical university degree)
• Passion for international collaboration as well as for research and innovation management
• Program and project management expertise; planning and organizational skills.
• Good analytical and perceptive skills as well as communication skills, both written and spoken, in an intercultural context; independence, judgment and diplomatic flair, strong organizational skills, diligence and thoroughness
• Proficiency in written and spoken German and English; knowledge in spoken Chinese/Mandarin is a benefit.
• Good knowledge about the Fraunhofer Gesellschaft with work and collaboration experience with Fraunhofer Institutes

Skills/qualifications required

• Conduct operational drills to review operating standards and procedures for improvement
• Degree in F&B Management/ Operations, Culinary Arts, OR equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in food production setting
