Assistant / Human Resource Manager ā Pandan Road ā 5.5 day week -Singaporeans only
Reporting to Head of Department
Ā· Assist to manage full spectrum of HR functions, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, welfare and performance management
Ā· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Ā· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or any other issues
Ā· Ensure HR policy procedures remain current, fit for purpose and in compliance with legal/statutory obligations
Ā· Support the current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Ā· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Ā· Nurture a positive working environment
Ā· Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Ā· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ā· Liaise with statutory boards
Requirement:
Ā· Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management
Ā· Able to communicate in Mandarin
Ā· Proven working experience as HR Manager
Ā· Strong knowledge and understanding of HR practices
Ā· People oriented and results driven
Ā· Demonstrate experience with Human Resources metrics
Ā· Able to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Ā· Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Ā· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Ā· In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
Ā· Proficient in employment act, government regulatory guidelines and taxi legislations
