My client, in the home appliances industry is seeking a Marketing Assistant or Executive to join their team. As a individual contributor, reporting to the HOD, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of marketing activities for the products.

• Responsible for planning and driving direction, execution for the local marketing function including ATL advertising, BTL promotions, media plan, social media and influencer marketing.
• Work with external agency on the creation and development of various branding and promotional assets, from print to stores, to web.
• Work with regional team on POSM, video and products asset for local executional.
• Work closely with Sales team to support local activities, roadshow & in store activities.
• Manage budget and track KPI, ROI against marketing campaigns / spending.
• Ensure and track retail display excellence.
• Respond to customers queries and comments on social media, marketing email and any other channels.
• Support entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Conduct monthly market visits to monitor competitor activities, share best practices and recommend action plans to the team.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma with specialization on Business or Marketing

· Min 1-2 years of experiences in a similar role

· Proficient in MS office, Meta & Goggle business management platforms and any other social media management platforms.

· Detail oriented, organized resourceful and agile with an ability to adapt and problem solve

· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Responsibilities:

• Arrangement and keeping records of various documents
• Generate delivery orders, invoices, forms, reports etc
• Support sales - working closely with sales team to provide admin support including preparing of quotations, labels, packing lists etc
• Attend to phone calls and handle customer’s queries
• Support operations - provide support including picking of light stocks, inventory control
• Liaise with forwarders, agents and operations team for incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience leading organizational development, curriculum design, assessment centers, and various programs within an organization.
• At least 5 years in leadership/management roles, involving interaction with leadership at all levels.
• Demonstrating consultative leadership skills.
• Direct development and implementation of leadership capability reviews, competency frameworks, performance management, career development, talent management, and succession processes.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective communication, clear presentations, building robust stakeholder relationships, influencing, and negotiating desired outcomes.
• Collaborative skills with HR Business Partners and line leaders are crucial, showcasing your ability to engage with multiple stakeholders up to senior management levels.
• Excellent time management, the capacity to handle competing priorities, and adeptness in project management are necessary skills.
• Proficiency in effectively managing departmental budgets is required.

• Assist with system reconciliation to the booking system.
• Assist with manual billing and document grooming.
• Assist with payment booking and tracking.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as reasonably requested by the management.
