We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to join our dynamic HR team.    Prepare regular HR reports on key metrics such as turnover, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance.
   Assist with HR audits and ensure all necessary records are maintained for compliance purposes.
   
7. Training & Development:Identify training needs across the organization and support the design and delivery of training programs.
   Promote employee engagement initiatives to enhance organizational culture and employee satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
  
• Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a solid background in recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing HR functions in a mid-to-large-sized company.
  Strong knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws and HR compliance requirements.
