In this position at IME, you will be part of Advanced Process Module (APM) team developing and maintaining LPCVD poly-Si, TEOS oxide and low stress SiN processes for SiC power and Si/Ge-based photonics devices. Besides, you will also look after oxidation and dopant activation / damage anneal process. Responsibilities:

• Be a member of the leadership team to achieve the vision and mission of the National GaN Technology Centre (NGTC).

• At least 15-20 years of post-PhD hands-on experience in GaN HEMT and MMIC technology development including design, characterization (e.g. DC, small-signal and load-pull measurement), and modelling; preferably in RF GaN-on-Silicon or GaN-on-SiC technologies.
• At least 8 years of experience in leading a team of research engineers/scientists in managing multiple projects.
