Job Description

• Support for overseas investment by Japanese companies in the ASEAN region, etc.
• Overall deal process / task flow: Having general understanding of the deal process and a strong commitment to the entire process
• Material preparation: Performing research and preparing presentation materials as directed by seniors for deal generation and execution purpose
• Negotiation / Coordination: Assist in the communication between various parties involved in the M&A process, including legal / financial professionals, as well as senior executives from target companies, with direction from senior members
• Coordination: Assisting in the coordination and communication process between various parties involved in the M&A process, as directed by senior members

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or relevant
• Language skills in Japanese is a requirement to liaise with clients and stakeholders in Japan for M&A discussions.
• Literate in Computer & MS office Application
• Around 3 years of experience in M&A advisory / M&A transaction advisory / Corporate investment / corporate financing
• Experience in using financial statements
• Possessing, or being willing to acquire, basic knowledge on financial valuation and financial modelling
• Being resourceful and having initiative to ensure successful outcomes

The Associate Executive (AE) will support and assist Organisation Planning & Performance (OPP) department in the day-to-day running of the Department.

You will be responsible for full spectrum of administrative and support duties including the preparation of management reports (including data collection, collation and data analysis), document organising and arrangement and maintaining of databases. You will also be responsible for the preparation of materials for hospital-wide workshops and events, documentation and records keeping and coordinating and tracking of the Department’s activities. Aside from the above, you will also support the specific duties assigned by Strategic Planning & Management and Process Transformation & Improvement (PTI) as advised by the respective members of the team.

Job Requirements

• Diploma preferably in Business, Healthcare related studies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure and within tight timeline
• Possess good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work in team and with diverse team members
