RESPONSIBILITIES

Our goal is to provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in the clinic. The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing assigned patients, planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care. They will identify the necessary equipment, prepare for, and assist physicians during examinations. Additionally, the staff nurse will perform various patient tests and administer medications within the registered nurse's scope of practice.

• Provide direct nursing care, comfort measures, emotional support to patients under the direction of the physician.

Job Description

Clinical Care

• Comply with approved standards of nursing practices
• Work closely with the resident’s doctor and multi-disciplinary team to provide care to the residents; update on changes in the residents’ conditions and needs
• Assist staff nurses (SN) to develop care plan for each resident and ensure care delivery and nursing interventions are as outlined in the care plan

• Ensure client enrolment follows company SOP
• Handle documentation for relevant government submissions

• Offer health promotion and counseling to clients and families
• Provide nursing care including medication, wound dressing, and other technical tasks

Requirements：
