Project Overview

This research project aims to grasp dynamic changes in hotel capital investments and their influences on tourism-related local businesses before, during, and after the pandemic on two geographic scales -- region (Asia-Pacific) and city (Singapore). Ageing is the key risk factor for heart disease in our older population. The study of ageing in heart disease encompasses the whole spectrum across research to clinical domains. The team at National Heart Centre Singapore and National Heart Research Institute Singapore strives to align research activities according to goals of Singapore’s biomedical and healthcare initiatives. • Conducting computational image processing and analyses
• Establishing and executing technical workflows for brain tissue processing in visualizing spatial protein and gene localization
