Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Officer to manage the security of our SaaS solutions, ensuring they meet industry standards for confidentiality, integrity, availability, and accountability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing security policies, conducting security assessments, coordinating incident response, and maintaining security documentation for our SaaS offerings. This role involves close collaboration with customers, SaaS providers, and external vendors to manage and mitigate security risks, ensuring a secure and compliant environment for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with external vendors and collaborate with customers and SaaS providers to conduct IT Security Risk Assessments. Identify security threats, assess risks, and propose mitigation strategies for approval by the customer.
• Coordinate the handling of security incidents, ensuring a timely response and resolution. Maintain a robust incident response process and documentation.
• Manage and coordinate regular security audits, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests. Consolidate findings, ensure proper remediation, and provide feedback to stakeholders on risk mitigation efforts.
• Maintain and update all security-related documentation, including policies, procedures, standards, and best practices. Ensure compliance with security frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27018, SOC 2 Type 2, and CSA-STAR (Level 2).
• Continuously monitor the security posture of the SaaS solution and related ICT systems. Provide regular reports on security risks and mitigation actions to stakeholders and customers.
• Oversee the remediation of security vulnerabilities identified during security assessments, ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to address risks in a timely manner.
• Provide clear, concise security reports and recommendations to customers, ensuring they understand the security posture of the SaaS solution and any risks or issues that need attention.
• Take on ad-hoc security tasks as required to address emerging risks or assist with specific security projects or initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT security, particularly in enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS environments.
• A current professional information security certification (such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, GSE) or equivalent is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of IT security management and governance, risk assessment, incident response, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
• Familiarity with international security standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27018, CSA-STAR, SOC 2 Type 2, NIST, and CIS.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• The position requires the candidate to be based locally.

Responsibilities:

• Manages Key Access Control
• Maintain the Log Book for contractors working in the hotel in accordance with company’s health and safety policies
• Operates, checks and performs security surveillance on the CCTV system
• Patrol the hotel building, premises and perimeter on a daily basis ensuring safety, and send reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Programme Officer (Outreach and Engagement) works with their assigned centres to execute programmes to facilitate the interactions and engagement between the community and the clients/caregivers. He/she works with the community partners and volunteers for these outreach and engagement programmes and guides the centre and volunteers in executing the programme activities. He/she also collaborates and establishes relationships with volunteers, grassroots organisations, and community partners to fulfil MINDS' vision of outreach and serving the unserved and underserved segment of the ID population in Singapore through the centre's operations. He / she will work in close collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, consisting of Allied Health Professionals such as the Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, physiotherapist, and / or Speech Language Therapist, and Training Officers when designing the programmes. These programmes can be at the centre or outside of the centres

The Programme Officer should have great communication, time management & problem-solving skills. They should be able to work well both independently & in a team with integrity, sensitivity, knowledge and drive to support & advocate for their clients with intellectual disability.

Networking and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders within the community

• Develop and establish professional or social networks with the local community to leverage on community resources and volunteers to meet the various needs of the clients in the centre.
• Maintain and manage relationships with the community stakeholders for sustained efforts in volunteerism, and opportunities for clients in community participation, integration and inclusion
• Coordinate recruitment, deployment, training, and appreciation of community stakeholders
• Connect, consult, and collaborate with relevant community partners, and be a catalyst for action in raising disability awareness and inclusion in the relevant boundary where the centre operates

Programme / Curriculum planning, implementation & evaluation

• Implement the programme / activities in collaboration with the Training Officers and / or Multi-Disciplinary Team members in the centre
• Identify gaps and areas of improvement for programmes / activities

Run daily operations and activities at the Centre's Community Inclusive Space/Drop-in Centre

• Execute schedules and programmes for the clients, caregivers in the community inclusive space.
• Orientation, recognition and retention of volunteers and community partners
• Ensure the safety and well-being of community partners, volunteers and clients during programme activities, including risk assessment and management
• Execute the work processes to ensure smooth running of the Community Inclusive Space, which includes but not limited to the retail, workshop and drop-in centre portions of the space.
• Facilitate the provision of services to the community/general public with the help of the clients
• Facilitate the running of community workshops between clients, caregivers and the community

• Minimum Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services or related fields with at least 2 years working experience.

This is a full time role for a Front Desk Officer located in Alexandra Rd. Our client is in the automotive industry. You will be responsible for handling phone calls and answering general inquiries. You will greet, check in, and announce customers upon their arrival. Additionally, you will manage the Sales Executive turn system and ensure the showroom is tidy and orderly. Part of your responsibilities includes ensuring that display cars are in good condition, both inside and out. You will also provide refreshments to customers and perform general administrative duties as needed.
