• Meet and greet guests at the ferry terminal upon arrival.
• Assist with boarding pass collection and luggage check-in.
• Help with customs and immigration clearance.
• Accompany guests onboard the ferry to Batam and hand them over
• Engage with guests, answer questions, and explain the next steps of their journey.
• Troubleshoot any arising issues and remain calm and positive.
• Willingness to work weekends and during festive or holiday seasons (required).
