KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Bachelors’ Degree or Masters’ in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Finance, Law, Economics or other relevant fields.

- Minimum ten (10) years of working experience in the LNG industry with an established connection/network with market participants

- Proficient and fluent in both English and business Japanese in order to report to OGHQ and coordinate with domestic customers/business partners in Japan and overseas (written and verbal communication in English & Japanese with internal and external stakeholders is required)

- Understanding of optimization strategies and financial trading across LNG markets

- Excellent understanding of the global LNG market/entire LNG value chain and its commercial and operational characteristics (e.g. upstream, liquefaction, transportation, regasification, etc.)

- Ability to work under pressure and to identify/resolve issues related to LNG transactions

Job Description

You will assist Principal investigators in conducting clinical trials & research projects according to Singapore Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. You will plan, organise & coordinate workflow of study projects from initiation to completion phase, perform screening and recruitment activities as well as compile relevant patients' data and maintain proper study documentation according to established protocols and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will facilitate coordination of research studies with funding and regulatory bodies. Other duties include providing administrative support for Research Department when the need arises.

Requirements:

• Life Science or Nursing Degree holder. Candidates with Nursing Diploma must have minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• At least 1-2 years of experience in clinical research coordination
• Ability to converse in mainstream languages (able to speak in local dialects will be an added advantage) to handle patient queries on the research study
• Strong organizational skills, able to work independently and/or a team player, meticulous in details
• Proficient with MS Office applications

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions
• Manage and handle employee’s records, payroll, claim and leave via Info-Tech System, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance
• Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance
• Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding

The Senior / Executive will be responsible for the daily operations of SingHealth’s research facilities and attend to daily queries from research staff. You will arrange the necessary logistics and processes for new investigators and departments moving into SingHealth Research Facilities and ensure the proper return of laboratory or office space when they vacate the premises.

You will assist in the preparation and renewal of licenses, sub-tenancy and service agreements. You will be responsible for the purchase of equipment and consumables, renewal of equipment service contracts and other services, as well as the processing of such invoices. You will also manage requests for card access to research facilities.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that the laboratories under the jurisdiction of the Office of Research are fully compliant with safety regulations and SOPs. You will need to maintain all laboratory-related licenses and permits as well as update chemical inventories in the laboratories. You will need to ensure that regular inspections of the laboratories are conducted and rectify any issues raised from the inspections.

Job Requirements:

• Degree, preferably in Biomedical Science or related discipline with 4 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with laboratory or facility operations
• Candidates with laboratory safety training and/or experience are preferred
• Highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish effective and positive working relationship with diverse groups of people
• Good command of written and spoken English and ability to work independently
