Ø Full-time site supervision and inspections to ensure that all structural works are carried out as per approved specification and also as per drawings with approved material in an appropriate sequence and methods.

Ø Inspect and monitor quality of architectural finishing materials delivered to site and quality of workmanship.

Ø Carry out supervision and co-ordination of architectural works of the project and shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in discharge of the contract.

Ø Assist RE in supervision and inspecting all structural works.

Ø Assist CPM in site progress and update proper site records about the progress of work and documentation.

Ø Attend site meetings and site walks with clients and consultants.

Ø Ensure timely submission of shop drawings, method of statement, other technical submissions, material samples and trade demonstration by the contractors.

Ø Assist and co-ordinate with consultants to resolve any technical and interfacing issues.

Ø Familiar in consultant Quality Management System and make proper documentation for QMS audit to comply HDB audit.

Ø Liaise with contractor on work schedule, progress, work quality and quality control etc.,

Ø Witness and verify any field test carried out on site.

Ø Monitoring Site Instrumentation report (Settlement marker, Vibration report, Noise meter).

Ø Update Monthly progress report and daily site activities report.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s Operation Safety initiatives, conducting regular safety walks and promptly addressing any identified hazards
• Advice/guide departments in the implementation of EHS Management Solutions to ensure compliance with the company’s EHS standards.
• Develop/Implement the company’s EHS system and Risk Assessment plans for both operational/non-operational areas
• Prepare/Circulate weekly EHS topics to enhance employee awareness of safety protocols

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in relevant fields of Engineering, or Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience
• Attended and possess WSH Coordinator Course (Level B) certification
