Key Responsibilities:

• Develop regrowth fabrication process using highly doped GaN structure to reduce the Ohmic contact resistance, preferably having worked in clean room process environment
• Support in the growth of GaN epistructures using MBE growth process technology
• Electrical, structural, surface and optical characterization of III-Nitride semiconductor epiwafers
• Thorough analysis of the results and publish in high impact factor scientific journals
• Independent handling of the project to meet the deliverables timely
• Writing project proposal and technical reports to the funding agencies
• Support PhD students and junior research staff in their research projects

Job Responsibilities:

• PhD in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field
• Hands-on experience with III-Nitride semiconductor heterostructure growth and characterization, and preferably device processing in cleanroom and characterization tools
• Self-driven and motivated person who is a good team player
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Fluent in English and competent in technical writing skills

Working Days/Hours (depend on assignment):

5-day work week shift work, required to work on weekends

8.00am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6.00pm, off on PH

Salary: Up $2700 + $100 Transport Allowance + AWS + VB + Incentives

Responsibilities:

• Attend to enquiries, primarily incoming calls through the hotline or other channels such as email
• Understand customer’s needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries
• Point to point enquiries from customer
• Perform out bound calls to customers who leave callback
• Ensure proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
• Meet/exceed all individual and team key performance indicators (KPI) set by the management
• Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
• Able to work during weekend and perform OT when necessary
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors

Requirements:

• Have previous experience in Call Centre is highly preferred or Customer Service experience
• Mandarin speaking to handle Chinese speaking customers
• A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Descriptions

• Handle full spectrum of project administration and oversee daily administrative tasks at the site office.
• Handle to the public residents, clients in the vicinity and proximity of the works on the impact of the project activities
• Manage feedback, complaints and queries made in relation to projects from the public tactfully and render full support on all press and public relations matters related to the Contract.
• Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.
• Promote and maintain a good relationship with the public before and during the full period of project.
• Establish a filing system and maintain thorough documentation for all files and correspondence pertaining to the project.
• Prepare monthly reports, current engagement reports, and engagement programmes for clients
• Perform site walks, house-to-house visits to residential areas
• Assist and support Site Coordinator/ Project Manager on any ad-hoc duties.
• PROs/APROs are responsible for the maintenance of good relations and rapport between residents and other relevant parties through effective communication in English and one other official language. Ability to speak one other Chinese dialect is a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE “O” Level in a relevant discipline
• At least 1 years' of public relations working experience in the construction industry
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Proficient in both English and Chinese as this position requires to liaise with mandarin-speaking residents

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for modeling and texturing proprietary IP characters, creating character models with a thorough understanding of human anatomy and material properties
• Design and texture character clothing models independently

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above in relevant disciplines
• Ability to hand-paint textures
• Strong foundation in art and sculpting, with a scientific and systematic grasp of human anatomy
• Demonstrate expertise in UV mapping and texturing
• Skilled in the use of tools such as Maya, ZBrush, Photoshop, and Substance Painter for model creation and texture design
