Job Description:

• Project co-ordination, supervision and monitoring the progress of project works on site
• Ensure project progress according to the established installation schedule or, main contractor master installation schedule and, where deviations arise, initiate the appropriate actions
• Assist Department Manager in the administration of contract, claim, variation and any dispute arise
• Assistance to PM for preparation and monitoring of variation order.
• Submission of progress data for monthly claim and forecast claim
• Monitor site progress of work as according to working schedule.
• Resolve site coordination problems, conduct sub-contractor / specialist meeting on site
• Assessment of As-Built drawing and preparation of technical manual

Requirements:

• ITE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 3 - 8 years’ experience in Project/ Site Management working in construction industry
• Preferably completed relevant safety course by MOM

• Effectively direct the finance department towards the objectives of the company.
• Manage and supervise the full spectrum of the accounting functions
• Review the management and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely reporting to the management/ HQ within the stipulated deadlines.
• Perform analytical reviews on monthly management reporting and investigation on variances against the norms, budget and forecast include but not limited to cash flow management
• Lead the forecasting and budgeting exercise, ensuring timely submission in accordance to Corporate Guidelines.
• Partnering with Business units during business plan and develop, coordinating towards achievement of KPIs
• Take lead in providing finance and accounting guidance solutions.
• Review, streamline, enhance and update financial policies and procedures through business re-engineering, including systems enhancement.
• Identify and recommend processes improvements and internal controls to ensure compliance of all policies and procedures, protection of assets, reliability of data and information and operational efficiency & effectiveness.
• Identify and recommend cost-control measures
• Liaise with external auditors, internal auditors, tax agent, and corporate secretarial agent on internal and regulatory compliance matters.
• Any other adhoc projects / duties assigned

• Maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust technical standards, systems and processes
• Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislative specifications and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• At least 5 to 8 years' experience in the IT Application / Software Development and Support.
• At least 2 years' experience as Tech Lead and or Technical Manager, well-versed in solution architecture design, with updated working knowledge on enterprise Java, C# (.NET Core) and/or C++ as the main programming language.
• Experience in supporting and developing interfacing solution and APIs with various external parties.
• Extensive experience in collaborating with development teams and users.
• Ability to diagnose faults, oversee user-testing, and implement required changes.
• Ability to work in a fast-pace, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.

Job Responsibility

• Well-versed in mass production management systems - material. rationalization, production optimisation, and quality management.
• Able to generate productivity & costing reports for management review of line performance.
• Lead and drive productivity and environmental improvement projects.
• Able to delegate, monitor, discipline, train, and coach subordinates effectively.
• Familiar with electro-mechanical assembly in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to handle audits by customers and/or certification bodies.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience in Production Assembly Work and Operations etc.
• Mandatory knowledge in ISO9000, ISO14000 and IATF requirements.
• Demonstrate strong leadership in managing/supervising manpower.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to work with tight deadlines.
