A Project Manager (Technology) needs to constantly track performance in order to maintain the productivity of their team. In a startup environment, the project manager should work closely with the CEO, developers, UI UX Designers understanding where they are finding success, and where they need work.

It’s also important for a technical leader to improve the product by listening to ideas from the developers they oversee, advocating for innovative ideas, and finding paths to their implementation. Project manager should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

• Building the tech stack: mapping technology architecture and making critical technology decisions like service architecture, data architecture, choice of libraries, APIs and integrations, etc.
• Setting up and guarding guidelines: safeguarding company software development guidelines, principles and way of working
• Introducing new technologies: inspire with new software and tools that the team can implement in the product or use to work more efficiently
• Operating current technology: make sure the solution stays up and running and build in continuity mechanisms
• Hiring: recruiting the best engineers and specialists for the team, assessing candidates and making the final hiring decision

Requirements and skills:

• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
• Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate resources for daily inbound / outbound warehouse operation so as to ensure efficient and timely operation of the distribution
• Contribute to the development and modification of warehousing policies and procedures to ensure proper internal control and handling
• Ensure shelving storage management
• Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of same to verify results

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or other equivalent field of studies
• At least 2 years supervisory experience
• Willing to do hands on operations and customer service oriented
• Strong analytical ability and sensitive to numbers figures and time.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point) for data analysis and reporting purposes
• Experience in warehouse / logistics/ Japanese manufacturing will be an advantage
• Need to be independent (minimal mentoring available)
• Well verse in management reporting and good in excel
