Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the external vendors
• To be the back-up to the existing BE Senior Supervisor
• Taking charge of the the external Agencies Portfolios including managing the assignment and recall of accounts to these vendors.
• Handle escalations with regards to customer complaints and to resolve any issues raised.
• Preparation of monthly updates and reports to the Management
• Handling operational matters within the team
• Any other adhoc duties assigned by the manager / management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimally 1 year of work experience in Collection at the Supervisory level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fast learner in order to familiarise with our Company's various systems and processes.
• Able to handle complaint/dispute cases, to have good communication and negotiation skills
