Responsibilities:

· Manage reservations and hosting of guests at the restaurant, ensuring table allocations maximize seating capacity

· Be well equipped with the products and services the restaurant provides to assist and address guest queries

· Welcome guests to the restaurant and escort them to their private room, counter, or table seats

· Assist guests with their baggage whenever possible

· Able to explain and recommend food, wine and sake selections according to guest requests and requirements, such as preparation methods, ingredients used, portion size and presentation, etc

· General knowledge about food allergies, dietary restriction, common brands of beverages to facilitate smooth recommendations to guests

· Gather feedback from guests about their experiences

· Ensure that strict hygiene and cleanliness standards are constantly and consistently upheld and adhered to in the restaurant, as well as excellent upkeep of personal grooming

· Responsible for the compliance of all health, safety, and food hygiene legislation

· Be service oriented, uphold quality, sincere, intimate customer relations service

· Any other duties as assigned by Management

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of proven relevant experience in a related role

• Hardworking, self-motivated,

• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Great attention to detail and creativity

• Positive attitude and team player

• Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and on rotational shifts

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Provide comprehensive warehouse support, including wrapping, packing (palletizing/overpack), labeling, scanning, and meticulous documentation of cargo.
• Conduct thorough checks, tallying, and proper handling of all incoming and outgoing cargoes to maintain accuracy and quality standards
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Maintaining records, reporting inventory, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate any issues or challenges promptly to Manager, ensuring quick resolution and preventing potential mistake
• 24 Hours standby for cargoes releasing

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for safe, efficient transportation and delivery of customer catering orders and practice safe food handling procedures at all times
• To adhere to assigned schedule while delivering orders in a safe and timely manner
• Loads and unloads equipment and food on and off of catering vans
• Checks catering order sheets while loading catering van to ensure all equipment, food and supplies being sent are correct
• To conduct a trip inspection of delivery vehicle to ensure it is in proper working order and coolers are holding temperatures
• Report any safety issues and/or temperature holding concerns to supervisor to resolve any issues before proceeding to use the vehicle
• Maintain equipment sanitation including but not limited to: vehicles, holding boxes/bags, beverage dispensers, etc
• To ensure compliance to local legislation and industry standard of food safety system, in-house Food Safety Management System
• To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior from time to time

Requirements:

• Must have Class 3 driving license
• Able to work on weekends & public holidays
• Have initiative and hardworking with positive attitude to learn and contribute
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
