Job Description:
*Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the food production team, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
*Monitor food production processes, including ingredient preparation, baking, packaging, and labeling, to meet production targets and quality control measures.
*Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper maintenance.
*Collaborate with the quality control team to implement and maintain quality assurance programs, adhering to industry standards.
*Train and develop the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
