Responsibilities:
- Supervise a group of store personnel, drivers and clerical staff to carry out daily work and commitments in terms of store function and delivery.
- Ensure that all inbound and outbound goods/materials are correct and in right quantity and good condition
- Take charge of all deliveries to internal/external parties for timely deliveries
- Exercise cut-off time for all store requisition to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of manpower
- Conduct physical inventory cycle count and ensure 100% accuracy of inventory at all times
- Maintain inventory control module in SAP system
- Work closely with other department to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Practice first in first out procedures in the store
- Responsible for maintaining store equipments in good working condition
- Any other duties as and when assigned
Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives
Requirements:
- GCE"O" Level in
- Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics/Warehousing Management
- Posses relevant experience in Warehouse Management, Operation flow process, safety measures, first in first out and store knowledge.
- IT skills (MS Office). Preferably experience in SAP Warehouse management
- Able to communicate well in Chinese & English
