Job Description

Join our team and help customers express themselves through stunning, modern jewellery. As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role in creating a memorable in-store shopping experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the office team to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
• Assist customers with styling and recommend our latest jewellery collections.
• Manage inventory, restock items, and maintain store readiness.
• Perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Process online order collections and provide after-sales services as needed.
• Lead, guide, and train team members for success.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Presentable, with a professional appearance (please attach a recent photo).
• Minimum ITE qualification (NITEC).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with the ability to take the lead when necessary.
• Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays as per the roster.

Additional Information

• Location: To be discussed during the interview.
• Working Hours:AM Shift: 10:30am - 7:30pm / 8:30pm, or 9:30am - 6:30pm / 7:30pm.
