Summary

The Director, Marketing & Sales APAC will be a key executive leading the marketing and sales functions in the APAC region and a member of the global senior leadership team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Marketing Strategy: Develop both the high-level strategy and detailed execution plans associated with product marketing

· Sales Leadership: Drive toward revenue and gross margin goals for the APAC region, and build foundations for future growth

Profile

· 10+ years of experience marketing and selling business solutions in APAC – protective packaging experience ideal

• An intimate understanding of the APAC markets and product needs, as well as a proven track record of delivering results is required. Demonstrated ability to understand market trends and competitive analysis as well as actions taken to capitalize on those trends. Must have strong business acumen, judgment, and risk assessment capabilities. Significant experience working with major multi-national clients and partners and exceeding aggressive sales goals.
