Job Description

Seeking for a dynamic team player, with positive attitude, and keen sense of style, to join our team as Sales Promoter – Bridal Stylist, at one of Singapore's premier designer bridal boutiques.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with fellow Stylists on the Sales Team, to deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Conduct sales appointments with brides; engage with customers to determine their needs and provide appropriate gown/package recommendations
• Work with Seamstress to fit customers and ensure that gowns fit them as required
• Work with Supervisor to resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the root cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure satisfactory resolution
• Respond to all customer emails, messages and calls in a professional and timely manner, and ensure all customer requests are properly documented and acted upon
• Handle all other administrative and operational duties as and when required

Job Requirements:

• Min 2 years of work experience in a customer service/front-end sales capacity in wedding bridal shop
• Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute strategic meetings with important decision makers.
• Develop sales strategy and account plan for priority accounts that ensures the achievement of sales and profit targets within set budgets.
• Reviews each call for tenders or projects in detail with the responsible of determine a response strategy, which includes scope of pricing, product pricing strategy, and presentation format and delivery timelines.
• Identify customer needs and effectively demonstrate and proposed in terms of values and economic perspective.
• Build long-term strategic relationships and partnerships with customers to grow business and gain market share.
• Forecasting of sales and budget process.
• Conducts and documents regular win/lost meetings after each customer decision.
• Lead the tender process – setting up and follow-up on tender project plan, drive tender opportunities, get commitment and maximize tender outcome.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in Furniture or office interior or construction industries.
• Keen interest in Interior/Furniture Design
• Proficient in MS office
• Able to work on weekends at site when required

Sales Admin will:

• process online orders
• liaise with kitchen team
• interact with online and walk-in customers
• serve customers
• promote products
• assist sales manager in sales process (marketing collaterals, online marketing)

Requirement:

• Singapore hygiene cert a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products

• Liaise with 3PL on all logistic arrangement/ issue for incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure on time delivery. Issue sales orders and billings for Singapore consignment businesses
• Perform monthly stock balance reconciliation for consignment stock to Singapore distributor/ Ecommerce enabler. To monitor, coordinate and perform inventory-related transactions in ERP system.
• Process and follow up customer PO in APAC regions, including billing invoice, credit note and verify customer PO pricing, and highlight any discrepancy to sales. Follow up with finance of payment completion.
• Maintain shipping records, including providing tracking or shipping history information to customer on request.
• Ensure all shipping documentation and authorities approvals are in order prior the shipment of products.
• Generate reports for internal management team and external customers, ie: inventory reports, accurate weekly sales reports, etc.
• Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time

Requirement

• Min N / O / NITEC / Diploma in any courses
• Experience in sales support / admin / order fulfilment
• Able to start work immediately

Salary range: $3K to $3.8K
