Job Scope
1) Corporate Planning
• Support in strategic planning and management of the company’s business with deep understanding of the group management strategy
• Assisting in convening Board of Directors’ meeting
• Assisting in the management of associate entities of Toshin group in Singapore/Vietnam
2) HR/Admin
• Strategic planning for human resource with deep understanding of the group strategy
• Assist in employment management (including salary, staff attendance and welfare etc.)
• Crisis management including reporting to head office
3) Finance
· Reporting of financial results/budget to Head Office in Japan (including consolidated accounting purpose)
· Liaising with HO on the corporate tax matter for reporting corporate tax in Japan (including the preparation for BEPS 2.0)
4) Legal & Compliance
· Maintain and enhance corporate governance based on the group policy liaising with Head Office and the group’s internal auditor (including compliance with JSOX)
· Keep abreast of new statutory requirements as well as new policy/standards implemented in the group.
· Involved in the legal matters relating to the corporate matter
· Conducting self-inspections in line with the group’s standard
· Assisting in the internal audit liaising with the internal auditor in Head Office.
5) IT
· Support in IT infrastructure planning and IT security maintenance of the company liaising with group’s IT department
· Assisting system administrator of the operating systems
Requirements:
· Preferably with more than two (2) years relevant working experience in a company dealing with shopping center management
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Real Estate Management studies
· Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
· Capable of multi-tasking
· Flexible, keen to learn, & interested in new ideas
· Good interpersonal skill, with demonstrated ability to get along well and work well in a team
· Proficient in ICT
· Japanese language proficiency in speaking and writing preferred
