What you will be working on (training will be provided):

• Front counter duties including registration, answering phone queries
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Managing insurance claims submissions (including corporate insurance), applying for letters of guarantee and pre-authorisation
• Assisting doctors and chaperone for clinical examination
• Dispensing of medications based on doctor's instruction
• Cashiering duties
• Managing inventory and stock take
• Maintaining clinic cleanliness

Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience would be prioritized, especially those with experience in specialist clinics.
