• Prior experience in Delivery Centre operations environment
• Knowledge in Magento preferred

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Management Firm/ Investment
• Position Title: Sales Consultant (Personal Loans) / SME Loan Sales Consultant
• Working Location: Chinatown
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Thursday - 11 am to 7 pm; Weekend 12 pm – 6 pm
• Salary Package: Basic Salary Up to $4,000 + Commission
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Timely processing of bilateral and syndication loans drawdown, rollover, rate fixing, billing, repayment and facility fees collection.
• Support remittance and deposits placement functions.
• Perform AML screening as well as pre & post-transactional handling.
• Timely and proper response to internal/external stakeholder’s inquiries and on matters relating to the services provided by the Branch.
• Maintain proper record of all loan files.
• Perform daily reconciliation, audit confirmation, management and regulatory reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
