•Carry out Orientation training for new staff in customer service as well as the EMOS system

•Carry out all other administrative and Operational related duties assignment that assigned by your Supervisor and the Management

•Work closely with the food service dietician and assist in planning the menus and addressing the nutritional problems of the patients.

•Ensure that all the areas of dietary responsibilities are met in a timely and sanitary manner.

•Ensure that all the prepared items are correctly served and portioned.

•Assist in assembling food trays and belting process of food service to ensure correct food is served; do all the final check-ups according to the production/menu sheets before the food leaves the kitchen.

•Assist in meal order checking and confirmation in case of contradictive amendments.

•Assist in late order meal communication and verification.

•Meet the stakeholders on regular basis and address to their nutritional concerns.

•Work as part of team to maintain amicable relation with the hospital staff.

•Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and quality standards.

•Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines correctly.

•Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Team Leaders and Supervisor

This candidate will support the Company's day to day accounting function and report to Senior Accountant. Responsibilities are as follow but not limited to:

- Check daily receivables from the retail outlets

- Identify errors in sales invoices and the POS system and carry out rectification

- Enter journal entries for receivables and payables into software

- Assist month-end, quarterly and yearly closing

- Process retail vouchers reimbursement

- Assist in commission calculation for payroll

- Process staff claims and staff insurance

- Adhoc reporting of expenses, budgeting and forecasting

Requirements

- A degree or pursuing in accounting or at least 1 year to relevant internship working experience

- Proficient in Excel

- Familiar with accounting software

Job Scopes -

Pop-Up Stall Sales:

• Organise and execution of all pop-up booth events, including setting up and tearing down

• Responsible for planning, promoting and ensuring the smooth running of an event schedule

• Responsible for planning of manpower and event staff

• Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes; take initiatives to implement improvement plan

• Source and survey new sites suitable for pop-up booth locations

Live Sales:

• Managed live sales app and ensure payment is done

• Attend to customer enquiries

• Informed kitchen operations team on the confirmed order

• Arrange Lalamove booking

• Generate the daily report for finance team update

• Support general administration and operations

• Ad hoc or follow up duties as and when assigned by the superior

Job Requirements -

• 1 year of experience in events / exhibition management and logistics

• Responsible team player

• Proficiency in Excel

• Able to multitask and handle pressure

• Sales driven
