Job Description

• To pack all required ingredients in a timely manner
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, which includes weighing, packing, cutting, and sorting all dry and wet ingredients
• Follow house rules for all perishables

Requirements

• Able to to work shifts/ weekends
• No experience needed
• Willing to learn
• Able to carry light load (eg: Box of flour)
• Able to converse simple English
• Immediate employment available

Responsibilities

• Responsible to achive company revenue and profit objectives
• Develop sales leads to drive business growth
• Prepare quotations or proposals for clients
• Provide recommendations to improve overall sales performance abd increase market presence
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive company sales
• Collaborate in project management, site meetings, and client communications when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Diploma in Information Technology or Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 3 - 5 years of sales or business development experience in security solution/ project sales
• Prior sales experience in IT solutions or Audio-Visual Systems sales will be ideal

Duties:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, answering questions, and offering fashion advice.
• Merchandising: Arrange and replenish clothes on the sales floor to ensure an attractive and organized shopping experience.
• Clothing Care: Iron and maintain the quality of clothing to present it at its best to customers.
• Visual Merchandising: Creatively change mannequins and window displays to showcase our latest fashion trends.
• Stock Management: Perform regular stock takes, monitor inventory levels, and assist in restocking as needed.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the store's cleanliness and tidiness at all times to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions and operate the cash register when required.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, promotions, and product offerings to assist customers effectively.
• Loss Prevention: Assist in preventing theft and security issues by following company policies and procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive working environment.
• Additional Duties: Undertake other store-related tasks and projects as assigned by the Store Manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to speak Mandarin and Malay, to be able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking Directors.
