• Class 3 driving license and knowledge in construction & CAD software are advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile, maintain, and update daily and monthly attendance records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in administrative tasks as required to support the team’s operations.
• Ensure data entry and record-keeping tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum education qualification: "O" or "N" level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
