Our client is a global manufacturer. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Logistics Assistant to be part of their Logistics team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North Area - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Administer receiving tasks (GR) independently.
• Verify deliveries against supplier invoices.
• Assist in MTS/WMS labeling.
• Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers for on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO, 5S, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in any relevant field

Responsibilities

• Support in coordinating senior-related activities (e.g. educational talks, stretch band exercises, bento/grocery packing & distribution) and meetings organised by or hosted at the Centre, collaborating with volunteers, trainers, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Prioritize the safety and well-being of both seniors and volunteers within the Centre, implementing appropriate safety measures and protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of attendees for all activities, ensuring attendance is properly documented and tracked.
• Keep detailed records of all items entering and leaving the Centre, maintaining an organized inventory to ensure efficient management of resources.
• Take responsibility for the accountability and maintenance of all equipment and assets within the Centre, ensuring they are in good working condition and readily available when needed.
• Maintain basic cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene of the Centre, ensuring a safe and comfortable space for seniors and volunteers.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• A passion to work for a non-profit organisation.
• Eloquent with communication skills and enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life.
• Resourceful and well-versed in Microsoft Office, organised and detailed oriented.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in supporting/organizing events and/or working with seniors and volunteers would be advantageous.
