· Learn all the watch knowledge and able to perform change of watch battery.

· Responsible for retail store daily operation

· Ensure customer complaints (service-related) are resolved in a diplomatic and effective manner

· Execute merchandising display as per the Installation Guidelines, to ensure a clean and tidy store presentation

Requirements

· Experience in China social media platforms

· Energetic and motivated team player with cheerful disposition and strong desire to achieve

· Possess good communication skills and be sales driven

· Comfortable to work in fast paced environment

· Must be able to work retail/live streaming hours (i.e. shift work, public holidays and weekends)
