RESONSIBLES:
- Plan, Develop and Implement Sales & Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. Identify new market opportunities, potential customers, and emerging trends to drive sales growth. Exploring for a new development in the company's business and to be in charge of Singapore's team sales & marketing, sales planning, and marketing.
- Sales Process Optimization
Implement effective sales processes and methodologies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting
Develop accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports. Present regular sales reports to the executive team and board of directors to keep them informed of progress toward sales goals.
- Customer & External Parties Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers & external parties and strategic partners. Engage in high-level sales negotiations and oversee major sales deals.
- Market and Competitive Analysis
Stay informed about Semiconductor/Manufacturing industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use market intelligence/strong useful resources to identify opportunities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation
Participate in the budgeting process, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources to support sales initiatives. Optimize the use of sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity.
Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and meet or exceed sales quotas. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and take proactive measures to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
Recruit, hire, and train a talented sales team. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to enhance their skills and productivity. Set clear sales objectives and provide guidance on strategies to achieve them.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales efforts with overall business strategies. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree qualification in any Business/Marketing/International Business/Supply Chain discipline with at least 10 years of relevant experience preferably from Semiconductor/Electronic/Supply Chain/Manufacturing industry.
- Proven expertise in sales and marketing and sales development of semiconductor business with deep knowledge of the semiconductor industry.
- Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities, stay ahead of semiconductor industry trends, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly. Excellent proficiency in analyzing marketing data, generating reports, and deriving actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive performance.
- Willingness to frequently travel and maintain close communication with overseas partners, conduct partner training, and expand business opportunities.
- Proficient use of marketing tools and strategies such as market research, brand promotion, and digital marketing, with a solid grasp of market dynamics in the semiconductor industry.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams in both bilingual.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of establishing effective cooperation with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. abilities to effectively interact with customers and partners.
