Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Provide customer service to clients on the general enquiries pertaining to clients’ policies.
2. Create and modify client/agent codes and updating of clients’ information in the system.
3. Process and issue policies /endorsements.
4. Check all policies and endorsements processed.
5. Prepare cover letters to attach to policies for dispatch to clients.
6. Prepare draft policy clauses and endorsements.
7. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of renewal notices, claims statistics and summary of insurance for review.
8. Sort renewal notices and extract policy files for renewals due, prepare claims statistics and summary of insurance.
9. Support the maintenance of an effective policy and/or document filing system by ensuring the proper filing endorsement copies faxed by clients are being filed together with office copy
10. Ensure policy jacket’s accuracy and sufficient stocks are in place.
11. Other duties and assignments that may be instructed by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Diploma holders, GCE O Level or related discipline;
2. Fresh entry from ITE/Polytechnics is welcome;
3. Preferably with minimum 1 year working experience;
4. Prepare to take up Certificate In General Insurance (CGI) exam if required;;
5. Willingness to learn and meticulous;
6. Possess good interpersonal and communications skills;
