As the Regional Director of Sales for Honeywell Life Sciences in Singapore, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, developing new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team in the region. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our market presence and achieving financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
• Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
• Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.

MUST HAVE:

• 10-15 years’ experience selling software, services, or consultancy to the Life Sciences industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales quota and growing the business aggressively for past 5 years
• 10 years’ experience leading cross functional team from pre-sales, sales, marketing, channels
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies & customer relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Masters degree or MBA is preferred.

General Administrative Support:

• Support various administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, data entry, and preparation of sample reports.
• Phone call management and handling office mail
• Provide general support to visitors.
• Keep track of pest control, photo-copier servicing maintenance, etc.
• Assist with other ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.

Delivery and Inventory Management:

• Arrange and prepare the delivery of items from inventory
• Check and verify the accuracy of the quotation listed on the delivery invoices.
• Manage and maintain office supplies

Job Requirements

• Candidate possesses at least a Diploma in Business Admin or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Salary: $2,000 - $2,200
• Working Day& Hour: 5 Day [Mon-Fri] | 9am – 6.30pm
• Working Location: Expo MRT ( 1 Bus stop from Expo MRT

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Sales Directors and Managers in the administrative duties in the Sales & Marketing Department
• Assist in order processing, quotation and delivery arrangements.
• Liaise with customers on the shipment arrangement to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• General administrative tasks. (e.g handle customers' enquiries, data entry, filing etc)
