Who You Are

Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a quantitative field of study

- Self-starter with at least 5 years sales operations, planning and business partnering experience

- Well-versed in CRM (Salesforce) and lead-generation systems such as Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator etc

- Experience with BI systems and dashboards

Preferred Qualifications:

- Adventurous and capable of navigating through ambiguities in a high-growth environment

- Design, build and execute multiple projects and initiatives from 0 to 1

Job Overview
The Sales Director (ASEAN) is responsible for developing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and driving business growth in the region. Reporting to the VP of Sales in Asia, you will identify customer needs, create tailored solutions, and negotiate deals to maximize profits and build long-term relationships.
