  Job Description:
• Oversee daily sales activities for semiconductor manufacturing equipment (e.g., CMP tools) within the assigned territory to meet sales targets.
• Direct and monitor the sales team to maximize market opportunities.
• Set sales forecasts and targets, providing guidance to achieve them.
• Drive and implement marketing efforts for semiconductor equipment.
• Develop and manage localized marketing and sales programs.
• Communicate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide support.
• Establish industry pricing levels.
• Manage SAP ERP for tracking quotes, orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
• Work with the local team to win new accounts and contracts.
• Build strong customer relationships and acceptance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering
• about 5 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry
• willing to travel overseas for training and to visit customers within the region as needed. A vehicle allowance will be provided to those who own their vehicle.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is complete. Coordinate with various departments, such as overseas productions and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfilment.

2. Update and maintain the sales database by entering new customer information, updating contact details, and recording interactions and sales activities. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.

3. Support filling sales related reports & date base and customer analytics.

4. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or in-person. Provide basic information about products, availability, and delivery schedules. Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues by coordinating with relevant sales staff and departments.

5. Occasionally join sales staff for meeting with prospective customers.

6. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, customizing sales presentations and proposals, and maintaining sales collateral. Assist with sales forecasting and budgeting.

7. Organize timely follow up with customers on previously quoted projects and their status and report back to sales staff and/ or management.

8. Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and conferences. Coordinate logistics, manage registrations, and provide on-site support when necessary.

9. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Required Qualifications:

Assist the After Sales Director and After Sales team concerning:

• Support for general After Sales projects
• Prepare management related presentations and business plans
• Create, verify and further develop all After Sales reports for management and importers
• Monitor After Sales quality processes and Key Performance Indicators
• Plan and coordinate After Sales marketing activities in conjunction with other departments as well as marketing agency
• Handle operational inquiries of Porsche importers

• Undergraduate in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or any other relevant studies
• Past internship experience preferred
• Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools is a plus
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently and prioritise
• Team-oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding

Job Scope

• Min. 2 years of Sales / Business Development/ Account management experiences across freight forwarding industry.

• Experience in any vertical market and strong knowledge in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea) is preferred.

• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales target is a plus.

• Have relevant experiences on operation work in Air or Ocean operation department will be at advantage.

• Fast learner and passion in sales.

Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Prepare and process quotes, and other sales-related paperwork. (Airfreight /

Seafreight / Logistic / CBT).

• Preparing reports on a weekly/or monthly basis.

• Trouble Shooting (Damage Cargo, Billing Issues, etc.) (Airfreight / Seafreight /

Logistic / CBT).

• Coordinate with internal teams such as outdoor sales, operation, finance, and

customer service.

• Work alongside with outdoor sales with generating new business and maintaining

existing customer relationships.
