• GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma with basic accounting knowledge

Responsibilities:-

•Provide personalised care to the elders in gentle, empathetic, efficient, and timely manner

•Treat each elder, regardless of circumstances, with consideration, dignity, and respect at all times

•Review and implement all aspects of Care Plan with/for the elders

•Measure and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate) as requested by staff nurse / case manager and / or physician

•Assist in the daily living of the elders – feeding, showering and changing diapers

•Prepare and cook simple meals and snacks for elders following nutrition guidelines, elders’ dietary restrictions / allergies and preferences. Serve and assist elders with dining.

•Maintain a clean and safe environment for the elders - launder personal clothing for elders, simple housekeeping such as change bed linens and / or make beds

•Assist with coordination of transport for elders and / or elders using wheelchairs or assisted walking (use of life equipment)

Requirements:-

•Minimum GCE 'N' level or equivalent

•Possess WSQ Certificate in Healthcare (Nursing) or relevant certificates will be an added advantage

•Possess basic IT skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the dentist for all dental procedures.
• Perform front desk duties such as answering phone calls, attending to patients, attending to patient queries, and taking care of clinic inventory.
• Perform admin duties such as maintaining clinical records, filing, etc.
• Maintain overall hygiene standard in the clinic.
• Responsible for cleaning, disinfection, and sterilisation of instruments and equipment.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience as a Dental Assistant
• Passion for caring for migrant worker community.
• Able to work independently and is a team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good customer-fronting and customer service skills

Work Hours

There is flexibility in the arrangement of work hours; the Senior Dental Assistant must be able to fulfill some of the volunteer clinic evening / weekend shifts:

• Clinic Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 6.00pm,
• Volunteer Clinic Operating Hours: Weekdays, 6.00pm – 10.00pm / 1 Weekend, 2.30pm-6.00pm

Monthly Salary Range

• 2500 to 4000 SGD
