• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8 am-5 pm or 9 am-6 pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the BESS/ESS market.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Offer technical guidance and detailed product insights to clients to facilitate informed decisions.
• Develop and present persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Maintain a keen awareness of industry trends, market shifts, and competitive dynamics.
• Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure sales strategies are integrated with overall business objectives.

The role is to market Professional & Commercial Cleaning equipment, accessories & tools, chemicals and other consumables to a diverse range of corporate customers, but with an emphasis on healthcare related sectors.

The successful applicant has to

- serve existing assigned accounts and prospect potential new customers

- learn & familiarise our products well, understand users’ needs, and so be able to offer solutions and assistance to meet their requirements

- perform hands-on product demonstrations, as well as occasionally conduct presentations to mid-size audiences including management levels

Candidates should

• be customer and sales oriented
• comfortably engage with people of various backgrounds; Being conversant in multi-langugaes & dialectsa plus
• strong communication & interpersonal skills

About the role:

The Account Manager/Business Development role will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth through strategic partnerships. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Source for new clients
• Lead management including action plans and number of appointments to be made

Requirements:

• Diploma in Retail, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
• 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG industry
• Detail-oriented with strong business sense, aptitude, and passion for bespoke products
• Good command of written and spoken English and a 2nd language will be advantageous.

Additional information:

• Contract 12 months (renewable/convertible based on performance)
• Salary Package includes BASIC + Commissions + Performance Bonus
• Car allowance - Must have own car to qualify
• 5 Day work week from Mon – Fri
• Work hours: 9am – 6pm
• Work from Office – Location Tai Seng
