We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Customer Service Assistant to join our Customer Relations Team. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of quotations, sales orders, and customer enquiries across multiple channels. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle and process a large volume of quotations and sales orders within stipulated target times.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and web chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage claims related to shipment delays, defective items, or incorrect pricing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve order-related issues.
• Encourage customers to use our e-commerce platform for a seamless ordering experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE "O" Level qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in order processing and customer enquiry management.
• Strong customer service mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced working environment.
• Immediate availability will be an added advantage.

Additional Information:

• Location: Central region.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm; Saturdays/PH on a rotating roster.
• Team: You will be part of the Customer Relations Team, reporting to the Customer Service and POC Manager.
• KPI-driven role with time-sensitive targets for processing orders and responding to customer enquiries.
• OT may be required during peak periods to clear all orders and enquiries before the daily cut-off.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in providing Advance Care Planning Facilitation to the AAC Seniors.

· Attend phone calls & emails from the public about Advance Care Planning and assist with the referral process if needed.

· Arrange and organize appointments for facilitators with clients.

· Arrange mobile clinics facilitation sessions with external parties.

· Process any finance-related (payment & donation) matters.

· General Admin Duties.

Requirements:

· Minimum GCE 'A' Level, Diploma.

· Good communication & interpersonal skills.

· Good administrative skills

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Office 365) and IT Systems.

· This position is on contract basis.

· Singaporean only.
