• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
• Record keeping by maintaining accurate and up to date employee records, database, assist with day to day operations administrative
• Manage and support the team in every daily operational task needed.
• To assist each employee's monthly OT's and allowance (if any)
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HR related disciplines
• At least 1 year HR experience
• Familiar with work pass applications, renewals and cancellation

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting the customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Do suggestive selling by recommending matching coordinates to increase sales
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and tidy shop image
• Replenish stock to maintain sufficient stock on display

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Customer service oriented and cheerful disposition
• Able to work retail hours on weekends and public holidays
