Main Responsibilities:

• Perform Imaging of Apple machines iPads /MacBook
• Know how to reinstall macOS, iOS and Windows
• Coordinate with the operations team for Logistics (when required)
• Regularly check, update, and patch systems to ensure all equipment meets Apple’s standards
• Provide technical support for desktop/ laptop troubleshooting repair and upgrade, network and telephone set up
• Provide technical support for Server maintenance (Windows Server 2003) and network recourses, security and access control (Win 2003 Server, Active Directory)
• Provide technical support for Wired and wireless network, user issues (hardware/software usage) refer to supplier if escalation is needed
• Email setup for new iPhone units
• Ensure data backup for sever workstation and MS Outlook mail
• Removal of virus/spyware/malware
• Assess and suggest products to improve IT systems and deployment as required by the company
• Work with suppliers to handle software/hardware replacements, purchases, or upgrades
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports.
• Manage IT-related contracts and projects for the company
• Any other ad-hoc duties related to IT and administration

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology
• Minimum one year of relevant experience
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
