• Managing and tracking variation orders
• Review and evaluate variation request order, assess the associated variation costs
• Review monthly sub con payment claims, assess with site and prepare payment response
• Establish relationships with consultants, quantity surveyors, architect, developers, subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or relevant field
• Knowledgeable in different type of Contracts (PSSOC, SIA, REDAS)
• Min 8 years of M&E experience and familiar with tender process
• Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
• Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team.

Duties:

Full spectrum of purchasing process; receiving requestions forms, sourcing quotations, issuing PO, co-ordinating delivery, reconciliation of DO and POs and liaising with accounts for payment.
