• The Inside Sales Rep will assist to generate new leads for the sales team by calling manufacturing contacts to introduce products and services.

• No product selling or closing is required.

1. Greeting Patients: Warmly welcoming patients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed throughout their visit.
2. Appointment Scheduling: Managing and maintaining the clinic's appointment calendar, scheduling appointments for patients, and handling any rescheduling or cancellation requests.
3. Patient Registration: Accurately obtaining and recording patients' demographic and insurance information, verifying insurance eligibility, and updating the patient database as needed.
4. Answering Phone Calls: Responding to phone inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, or insurance companies, providing appropriate information, and transferring calls when necessary.
5. Billing and Payment Processing: Collecting co-payments, deductibles, or other fees from patients, processing payments, and providing receipts. Additionally, assisting with billing tasks, such as preparing and submitting claims to insurance companies.
6. Medical Records Management: Ensuring the proper maintenance and confidentiality of patients' medical records, updating the information as required, and facilitating the transfer of records between healthcare providers when needed.
