Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and communicate diverse commercial documentation, including price lists, quotations, product specifications, datasheets, Technical Service Enquiries, sales master data, and other required materials.
• Maintain, communicate, and coordinate the internal online ordering platform.
• Support and closely communicate with other departments, maintaining accurate records of sales data, and promptly assist customer inquiries.
• Own the customer relationship for designated customers/territories, including price setting within defined limits.
• Prepare commercial quotations in response to new customer enquiries, informing customers of pricing and contractual conditions within agreed guidelines.
