Customer Service

Position Overview:

We are actively recruiting dynamic and motivated Sales Representative/Associate to become part of our client’s expanding team. The ideal candidates will be instrumental in driving sales, connecting with customers, and managing various sales activities, including telecalling, door-to-door marketing, and digital promotions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries promptly.
• Follow up on quotes and leads while scheduling meetings with clients.
• Conduct telecalling with existing customers to arrange meetings and discuss promotional offers.
• Prepare sales orders, coordinate courier services, and oversee delivery timelines.
• Create and implement promotional campaigns targeting current customers.
• Engage in outdoor and door-to-door marketing initiatives.
• Manage social media marketing and execute email campaigns (EDMs).
• Enhance the sale of current inventory through innovative promotions.
