We are now seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the KGM sales division, drive growth, and ensure the success of this innovative brand in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor a prospecting and sales control system for potential buyers.
• Achieve 100% take-up rate for in-house Finance & Insurance.
• Keep sales team informed of new inventory and current advertising efforts.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and according to company's guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department on advertising campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain vehicle inventory.
• Provide excellent service to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues with integrity and genuineness.
• Maintain sales records database and provide regular reports to management.
• Track and monitor the sales team's performance.
• Manage sales administration and set individual sales targets for the sales team.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a management role.
• Proven expertise in showroom management, sales strategy development, and market expansion.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing a high-performing sales team.
• Familiarity with EV sales and knowledge of the Singapore automotive market are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers through personal sourcing, leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, and roadshows and events attendance

Estimated Salary: $4000 to $10,000 (including fixed basic pay and variable pay depending on performance)

Responsibilities:

• Sales of Cabling and Security Systems (ie. CCTV, PA system, access control, alarm/ intrusion detection, ELV systems, electrical power points, network and data structured cabling, and network infrastructure).
• Proactively identify prospects in the market, follow up, and secure sales order
• Be responsible and accountable for sales targets by meeting sales target within agreed timeline
• Abide to the Company’s internal work processes & documentation
• Provide market feedback on product improvement to the Management
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Mechanical and Electrical Knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to all customers throughout the buying process.
• Provide detailed information about new and used vehicles, including specifications, features, and conditions.
• Conduct inspections of vehicles to assess their condition, performance, and market value.
• Prepare accurate vehicle listings which include high-quality photographs, and comprehensive descriptions, and showcase the features of vehicles to potential partners.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with prospective partners to achieve sales targets to maximize profitability.
• Close sales transactions efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation are accurate.
