• Monitor sales floor activity to ensure sales staff are following best practices and delivering excellent service.
• Lead ongoing training programs for junior staff and part-time employees to develop their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement.
• Oversee the scheduling of sales team shifts, ensuring optimal coverage and peak-time availability.
• Lead regular sales meetings to track performance, discuss goals, and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage communication with suppliers regarding product inquiries, customizations, and quotations.
• Take charge of handling customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Departmental Store Partners, maintaining and nurturing strong relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to improve forecasting accuracy and ensure seamless inventory management.

We are seeking a sales and customer service executive based in our showroom at Bukit Merah. The role loosely encompasses the following key areas:

• Handle enquiries that come in via Whatsapp, email, phone, and walk-ins.
• Provide accurate quotes and convert leads into revenue.
• Provide appropriate customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• You are effectively the main person who will interact with customers day-to-day.

We have an excellent web presence and do not need to go hunting for business - your job is effectively to close opportunities that are provided to you via Whatsapp, Email, Phone, and those who walk-in.

As we do have walk-in customers it is a job that requires someone to be on-site Tue - Fri [10am - 6pm] and Sat [10am - 5pm].

We are currently offering a fixed salary with the idea of some additional commission based bonus available.

• New clients onboarding, including training and other initial deployment related works
• Customer success, maintaining a good relationship with existing clients, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Account servicing, conduct refreshment training, support and troubleshooting
• Attending to client’s inquiries timely and promptly
• Gathering requirements and feedback on products, and working closely with the Product Team to continuously improve the products
• Seeking for opportunity for renewal and upsell, prepare quotations, and ensure timely payment from clients
• Lead customer management analysis with internal stakeholders to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are achieved
